Conditions

These conditions shall apply to all contracts for the provision of products and services by DG Truck Training to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions of business.
No variation or addition to these conditions shall be effective unless agreed in writing by DG Truck Training.
Nothing within these conditions shall effect the statutory rights of the client.

Payment

Payment  for products and services shall be paid for prior to the commencement of training without written agreement by DG Truck Training.
All invoices shall be paid in full not more 30 days from the date of the invoice. Interest will be charged after 30 days at 2% above bank interest rates, and any charges that may occur in recovering the debt will be added.

Cancellations

In the event of a client cancelling within one week of training taking place, the client shall be liable to pay a cancellation fee of 50%. If cancellation is within twenty four hours then the cancellation fee shall be 100%.
Note that Saturdays and Sundays do not count as working days.
